How to Frame Your Portrait

1. Place the frame face down and carefully bend back the four metal prongs to release the black backing.

2. Remove the backing, thick paper, and mat board, keeping everything in order.

3. Place your Mini Canvas face down in the center of the frame, making sure it’s straight.

4. Return the mat board and thick paper in the reverse order you removed them.

5. Replace the black backing and bend the four metal prongs back into place to secure everything.

After you’ve placed your Little Felted Friends Order, reply to your order confirmation email with the following pictures of your pet.

Preferably in a sitting position: Front, right side, back, left side, and paw pad color. Don’t forget to include your favorite personality shot of your pet—let us know if you’d prefer them sculpted with their mouth opened or closed.

Make sure your pictures are in natural lighting that best represents their coat color.

Custom Little Felted Friends Processing time: 4-6 weeks to handcraft your pet. Every Little Felted Friend is carefully shipped in its own protective pouch and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once your Little Felted Friend has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
