Little Felted Friends are made to share the likeness of your pet (similar colors, markings, and features) but in no way are they an identical replica.

Limitations of Liability
Purchasers of this site expressly agree that in the event of any defects of a Little Felted Friends, LLC product, the only available remedy will be a refund not to exceed the actual amount paid by the purchaser for the product purchased.   Little Felted Friends, LLC shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials sold through this site or the performance of the products, even if Little Felted Friends, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

If you believe a product is defective, please notify our Customer Service department immediately by email at alyson@littlefeltedfriends.com. All claims relating to defective products are limited to refunds of the purchase price and will be honored only when made within 90 days of the date the product was shipped. See our sections on Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability for additional exclusions.  Requests for refunds will not be honored where products are damaged or fail through misuse or in violation of any of the Terms and Conditions.  

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability, so the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable. 
Don’t forget to handle your LFF with care, as they are delicate! As tasty as they may seem to your pet, Little Felted Friends are not suitable pet toys. Little Felted Friends is not responsible for injury to pet from use of this product.
