Any other uses, including but not limited to reproducing, distributing, displaying, or transmitting any content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless prior written consent is given by Little Felted Friends, LLC. Proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site may not be changed or deleted.

This site and the materials and products sold through this site are provided "AS-IS" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Little Felted Friends, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Little Felted Friends, LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Little Felted Friends, LLC does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials sold through this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not be applicable.
The products sold on this site are representational only and are not intended to be accurate or correct depictions of any animal. Purchasers of products recognize that there will be “artistic license” in creating Little Felted Friends, LLC products.
Limitations of Liability
Purchasers of this site expressly agree that in the event of any defects of a Little Felted Friends, LLC product, the only available remedy will be a refund not to exceed the actual amount paid by the purchaser for the product purchased. Little Felted Friends, LLC shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials sold through this site or the performance of the products, even if Little Felted Friends, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you believe a product is defective, please notify our Customer Service department immediately by email at alyson@littlefeltedfriends.com. All claims relating to defective products are limited to refunds of the purchase price and will be honored only when made within 90 days of the date the product was shipped. See our sections on Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability for additional exclusions. Requests for refunds will not be honored where products are damaged or fail through misuse or in violation of any of the Terms and Conditions.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability, so the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Little Felted Friends, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Little Felted Friends, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and an order is thereafter canceled, Little Felted Friends, LLC shall issue a credit to the applicable credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Applicability; Termination; Amendments
These terms and conditions apply once the site is accessed and/or upon completion of the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated or amended by Little Felted Friends, LLC without notice at any time, and for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Miscellaneous, and Use of Products shall survive any termination.

Little Felted Friends may deliver notices through email, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address provided to Little Felted Friends, LLC.
Miscellaneous
Use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Washington, DC, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Little Felted Friends, LLC products) shall be exclusively in the local or federal courts located in Washington, DC. Any cause of action or claim with respect to the site or a product must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Little Felted Friends, LLC’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Little Felted Friends, LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time and without notice.
Use of Products
Products sold through this site are for decorative purposes only and to be used solely as ornamental keepsakes. They are not to be used by children or as toys for children or pets, and should be kept out of reach of children and animals. Items on the products may become detached and may constitute choking hazards. Little Felted Friends, LLC shall not be liable for any damage or harm caused by the misuse of the products.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
Ordering / Payment Methods / Delivery Dates / Credit Card Processing
By placing an order with Little Felted Friends, LLC, buyers agree that they must be and are at least 18 years old. Credit/debit cards will be charged at the time an order is placed for the full amount of the order. Because our products are made to order, requests for cancellations can only be honored if made within 24 hours after the time an order is placed. Little Felted Friends, LLC will provide an estimated month when the product will be shipped; due to popularity there currently is a waiting list. The month of delivery is an estimate only and can fluctuate.
Our ability to complete and deliver orders promptly is dependent on receiving accurate and timely information from our customers. Incorrect shipping information provided at check-out will result in delays and additional delivery charges to the customer. No refunds will be provided or products duplicated without charge for products lost in shipment due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
After orders are placed, customers will receive information on how to submit photos to Little Felted Friends, LLC. Submission of photos is the customer’s responsibility and all photos must be provided within 30 days of order placement. Little Felted Friends, LLC will prepare products based on photos submitted later than 30 days at its option only, and only at the price then in effect for comparable products. Due to administrative costs and payment processing fees, Little Felted Friends, LLC will retain all fees paid even if the product is not fulfilled due to incomplete submissions from customers.
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g., handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Buyers are responsible for paying all additional taxes, duties, fees, and other costs.
Indemnification
Users of this site, including but not limited to purchasers of products, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Little Felted Friends, LLC, its owners, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions, any improper use of the product, or any activity related to a user’s or purchaser’s internet account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by the user, purchaser, or any third party.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Little Felted Friends, LLC may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Little Felted Friends, LLC, Little Felted Friends, LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Little Felted Friends, LLC. These linked sites are only for your convenience. Little Felted Friends, LLC is not responsible for the content of any third-party site and therefore you access them at your own risk.
